The Front Cover is a picture that is self-explained in Figure 19, “The Limestone Cowboy”. It reveals a dead cowboy whose feet have been petrified. The boots were made by the M. L. Leddy boot company of San Angelo, TX. Gayland Leddy, Nephew of the founder, recognized the boots by sight and by the “stich patent’ containing the number ‘10’, used by his uncle’s company. Mr. Leddy believed the boots were made in the early 1930’s. So how long does the petrification process take?
This book may be suitable as a text for a High School or a two credit hour lower division college course in creation science. The editor has added a creation science glossary to help the student in the introduction/definition of unfamiliar concepts (Appendix A), and Appendix B which deals with Dr. Robert Gentry’s scientific endeavors on dating, etc.
Various areas, are shown as they attempt to establish a logical frame for discussion with unbelievers, especially those of an Evolutionary Background. Items such as Radioactive Age Estimation; a defense for the existence of God from mathematical concepts; a large Creation Science Glossary; Giants in the earth (Nephilim), etc., are treated. There may even be some things you may not have considered in a discussion of Creation Science.
